Balcony Repair

Balcony Restoration Ft Lauderdale with M2E Krystol Repair Grout to fill in the block outs from damaged rebar. Then waterproofed the entire balcony Do it once, Do it right, Do it Kryton.

Lagoon

Another successful job done by Roman Builders using the Kryton System. A big Lagoon with some cracking and concrete spalling. Krystol repair grout was used to repair and waterproof the failed areas. Do it once. Do it right. Do it Kryton.

Building Construction

2000 Sqft of moisture mitigation using Krystol Repair Grout. Thanks to M2E, Mouw Associates and Roman Builders for getting the job done. Krytonite Swelling Waterstop for the infill along with Krystol Waterstop Treatment. (KIM) Krystol Internal Membrane for the waterproof concrete.

Miami Beach Building

Facade restoration in progress in Miami Beach using Kryton's Waterproofing system. Here we have Krystol Repair Grout as a parge coating to fully waterproof the exterior. Once completed KMA Krystol Mortar Admixture will be added to the stucco for added protection -Krystol Repair Grout is a non shrink grout with fibers 8500psi. -Becomes part of the structure for the life of the concrete. -Krystol Repair Grout gives you both a chemical and mechanical bond. -Added protection for CMU block walls and cast in place concrete.

Silo Restoration

Silo Restoration underway in North Florida. Concrete was spalling and falling and the customer needed a permanent solution. Silo Pros and Lance DiBona with Roman Builders needed a product to repair and protect the structure. Krytons Krystol Repair Grout and Amp UP RB rebar coating was the perfect solution. LaSalle Pump Station

This past Monday at the COJ LaSalle Pump Station project, the The Haskell Company team poured ~500cy of tremie concrete with (KIM) Krystol Internal Membrane. Nathan Meyerowich and the Argos team did a great job providing concrete from multiple plants. Thank you Omar R Rodriguez, PE, CGC for the opportunity to work together.
